Harrison, III, CCIM and Carter Seawell recently sold the Dutch Center Office Building located at 810 Dutch Square Blvd. behind Dutch Square Mall for $3.85 Million. This Office Investment sold to a North Carolina Investment Group East West Capital, LLC. Cypress went under contract within 60 days of listing the asset.
