Cypress Sold Dutch Center Office Building For $3.85M

Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate, a Columbia-based firm serving the southeast, is pleased to announce James C. Harrison, III, CCIM and Carter Seawell recently sold the Dutch Center Office Building located at 810 Dutch Square Blvd. behind Dutch Square Mall for $3.85 Million. This Office Investment sold to a North Carolina Investment Group East West Capital, LLC. Cypress went under contract within 60 days of listing the asset.
