Cypress sells First Church of Christ Scientist church to USC

Harrison, III, CCIM recently sold the First Church of Christ Scientist church, located at 1114 Pickens Street in Downtown Columbia to the University of South Carolina Development Foundation. The USC Development Foundation will use a portion of the property to house the USC Law School’s Children’s Law Center. In addition, Harrison assisted the church on its purchase of 1520 Laurel Street, a former medical building, previously owned by Palmetto Health now Prisma Health. “It was a pleasure representing the First Church of Christ Scientist and working with USC on this transaction and helping the church find its new home”, said Harrison, Partner/Broker-in-Charge.
