Cypress Closes Over $8.8 Million Office Park Deal

Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate, a Columbia-based firm serving the southeast, is pleased to announce James C. Harrison, III, CCIM and Carter Sewell recently closed the over $8.82 million sale of Westpark Office Buildings. The properties are a portfolio of four office buildings totaling over 97,000 square feet of suburban office properties in the Northwest corridor of Columbia, South Carolina.
Cypress marketed the properties on behalf of the seller Westpark Associates and procured the buyer, RealOp Investments. The buildings are located in Westpark Office Park, located off Fernandina Road in Columbia fronting I-26. Westpark Office Park is comprised of over 30 buildings and includes a conference center.
As Cypress continues to emerge as one of the top boutique investment firms in the southeast, the successful closing coincides with the announcement of the firm’s new brand. Formerly Cypress Real Estate Partners, the company is now known as Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate. Along with its new name the firm has launched a new logo and website, online at cypresscommercial.com.
