To participate in the recent strong Industrial market here in the Midlands of SC, Cypress Commercial purchased a parcel immediately adjacent to Saxe Gotha Industrial Park and developed a 43,750 sq ft speculative warehouse building. Nearing completion of construction we identified two tenants with significant interest in the building. We chose WESCO, a Fortune 200 company. They signed a lease at a rate above asking price and contributed significant dollars to their tenant upfit.
