Hattie’s Crossing is an urban in-fill new construction development offering 12 homes
on the site of the former Cayce Grammar School. Bounded by Lexington Avenue
and Eighth, Poplar and Third Streets in Cayce, SC, the site is the majority of the city block and
it has a mix of 4 single-family models. The homes are all three bedrooms and two-and-a-half
baths ranging in size from1,416SF to 1,527 SF.

All homes feature hardie-plank siding, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms
and upgraded appliances. Each home has a front porch to foster a sense of community.
Homes are also connected by sidewalks and shared rear alleyway. Allison Ramsey Architects
of Beaufort designed the homes with varying interior layouts and color schemes.
Haven Homes of Irmo built the homes. This community has sales prices ranging from
$369,000 to $399,000.
