Cypress Commercial bought this property in late 2021, which was previously owned and operated by the Vacuum Center (The building was developed as a BTS for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in the 1980's). We purchased a .20 acre parcel from the adjoining neighbor to provide additional parking. We also supervised a retrofit of both the interior and exterior of the building for the largest Firehouse Subs franchisee, who signed a 10 yr NNN lease. We sold the building "off market" in 2023 to a local investor with a 1031 Exchange need.
