Identified this “off market” investment through a broker relationship. Family Trust opted to sell as original lease was near maturity and trust investment needs had changed. Cypress Commercial contracted to purchase the asset at an attraction yield and negotiated a six-year lease extension with Family Dollar. We have subsequently rebuilt the original detention pond, dumpster enclosure and sealed and re-striped the parking lot. South Congaree is a growing community near the Columbia CBD.
